Such a view provides an innovative contribution to the existing bodies of research on ambidexterity, suggesting that paradox theory as a conceptual framework can allow to move beyond the traditional structural and temporal separation methods for achieving ambidexterity. Instead, it enables a potential synthesis of opposing elements in a duality, or the transcendence of these tensions.
